"The people who work there are excellent at preparing taxes. They care about people and the community they serve. But one is never greeted with a smile or a welcome. When you ask questions it feels like you are bothering. I also don't like their appointment system. You have to sign a sheet earlier in the day and then keep coming back to guess where you are on the line. They do offer a call but I wouldn't take that chance with how busy they are. I will continue to come back because they person who does my taxes does show that he cares about me and my family. He also makes sure his clients are comfortable while waiting. That compassion and his expertise goes a long way for me."

"I used them in the past & service was ok. 1 year, they spelled my name wrong even I stressed to them, I have to show these to immigration. This year, I changed to another tax professional. The woman that's there is far from professional. She's busy on Whatsapp 90% of the time while handling your taxes. She's having side conversations while handling your taxes. I went today & I wasn't even acknowledged when I entered. Hispanic gentleman entered after me & received a full greeting. After 15 min of realizing no one was working, I asked if there was a power issue. She said yeah it'll be fixed in a hour. Lady in front of me got the option of leaving her docs & coming back. Me....nothing. I left & will never return. When I was there last year with my spouse who is Hispanic, I was treated fine but today I was alone & was ignored. Bit racist if you ask me."

"Went on a Friday morning and was told to put my name down. Was told to come back in an hour. I put my name on the waitlist at 12pm and left. Came back at 1:30pm and there was no change in the waitlist. Told us it would take a little bit longer. 4 hours later waiting in the office and still haven’t seen any decrease in the line. It’s 5:32 and I am ready to leave the office. Unbelievable. Never filed my taxes here before and I sure won’t be coming back after this. *Update* I got into the office at 1:30pm and the only person handling the taxes was still working on the same person at 6:30pm. I ended up leaving couldn’t take it any more. Wish I could leave a zero star review."
