"I have been using Tax Time for a few years now and they been great. If you are doing a very simple tax return, sure the online tax apps are fine. But if you have some complication and are doing more than just standard deductions, my experience with the online tax apps is that their online help is confusing and their phone-in support is staffed by seasonal temps with very basic training. Tax Time, however, is staffed by experienced, professional tax preparers and they can go as complicated as you need in order to get you the best return available. They're really friendly and helpful, too!"
