"BEWARE!!! Fraudsters.... Like everyone else, I had the same experience with them. 1. They will promise you many things and charge high fees of $1000, but once you a IRS notice, they vanish. 2. They keep changing their phone numbers and even if you are lucky to know a number that works, they will never answer the phone. 3. They never respond to your emails. Never go with them. I am filing a formal complaint with the Internal Revenue Service about their malpractice."

"I'm not interested to give 1 star either but google doesn't allow to post without providing the ratings. They hire inexperienced people to file your returns. They filed my 3 years old returns and charged the fee. IRS declined the refund since it was 3 years old. This guys doesn't even know the process. I asked them to return the fee but after multiple follow ups they denied to return the fee. They filed my 2017 return too and I received only partial refund. They don't even bother to respond to your email. And they will keep on sending emails when they need money to charge a fee. Really disappointing to work with such fraud people."

"Exactly the same experience as others mentioning here. I have been filing through them since last 6-7 years but since last 2 years the quality of service has declined drastically. I got a letter from IRS Saying 2017 tax not filed despite these guys confirming they filed it. Also, no one replied to emails for a long time. And now I can’t even reach their phone number. Extremely incompetent people handling the taxes, I had to double check so many things and found many issues. Employees don’t even know the basics anymore. And no one replies. They get the money and that’s it. They charged me high fees wrongly and didn’t refund"
