"“Dot” or Dorothy was completely rude and unprofessional during my tax appointment. Was trying to rush me out the door and “cheat the system” with the government. I was mortified because I like to be fair and I then had to ask to her to please stop and do my taxes the correct way. The whole time she was on a phone call with her girlfriend. And then she charged me triple what I should have paid!"
