"I had been a patient here for a few years and went through three different therapists who all conveniently used the exact same excuse to drop me as a patient: "I'm sorry. At the end of the month, I'll be leaving the company". My first therapist dropped me at the worst possible time when I while caring for my mother as she was battling pancreatic cancer. I was already struggling with clinical anxiety and depression, and then on top of that was dealing with what was happening with my mom, which was so intense it caused literal abdominal physical pain, and this so-called professional actually decided to drop me literally a month before my mom passed away. Then the company set me up with another therapist. I had to open up all over again which was extremely difficult. I had suffered a lot of abuse as a child, so this meant reopening wounds to start with a new therapist. Just when I was really feeling comfoetable with her, out of the blue - coincidentally as stressful changes were happening in my life where I really needed the therapy the most - she tells me she's "leaving the company at the end of the month". Then I go without a therapist for over a year and the third therapist calls me up to let me know she's available. So, at this point I was fearful that I'd be opening up wounds that are extremely difficult to revisit, just for it to happen again but she acknowledges how the other therapists just suddenly left and she ASSURES me that she is absolutely NOT leaving the company any time soon. ...Well wouldn't you know it... only just over a month later, she ends up telling me that in a month she's "going to be leaving the company too". If you're going to be in a profession like this, you can't just do that to people - there should be contracts that lock therapists in for a set amount of time (which should be made clear to the patient before starting sessions). Contacts like this would prevent therapists from dropping out, at the drop of a hat, on people that are relying on them. If they do break it, there should be some sort of a penalty, because for whatever reason it just seems really easy for them to suddenly leave the company, despite the damage that it does to the people who are relying on them for help. It's not fair and and feels extremely selfish for them to do. the sad thing is is that there aren't many options when you don't have a lot of money or when you're only form of of insurances Medicaid or Medicare. I recommend everyone stay away from this company. You'd be better off suffering and trying to do your own research for cognitive help than to put your trust into people who are unpredictable and unreliable."
"My son loves Ms. Nancy & the whole atmosphere of the office."
"First group in 20 years that TREAT the medical conditions rather than the pill pushers I've seen over the years. Thank you NewBridge for all you have done for me."
"WORST CARE EVER!!! I had to talk to the CEO of this awful place to get MY documents from them. It took 3 CALLS and they had the audacity to question why I WANTED MY DOCUMENTS. Also their only prescriber is rarely ever there. Treats all medications like a bandaid. Blame the client and then abandon them :). I cried on video calls and she still insisted on a medication that was making me sick :))) such a lovely and helpful staff. :)"
"Nurse taki and the receptionists are all so nice and helpful. They really try to help and make you comfortable. They offer telehealth services or in person"
