"This place is actually awful and has increased my stress levels 1000%. Last year was my first year doing my taxes with this group and I met with Tony in person and he was great. This year they told me not to schedule an in person appointment and just upload my documents onto the portal. I uploaded my documents early April and did not hear anything from them. After a week, I called the office saying I uploaded all the documents, however I forgot one document "the organizer" and to upload that document and they will do my taxes. I did that the day off and emailed them saying it all should be in. I did not get any response. Another week goes by and I still hear nothing from the group, I call them asking what is happening. The secretary/front desk lady picks up and says well you uploaded the documents late, and they had a lot of returns to complete, so she was unsure if they were going to file them on time. I explained to her saying that I uploaded all my other documents earlier and they never told me I was missing a document until I had to call to see if they received my information, and she continued to say they will try there best and will let me know if they have to file for an extension. Fast forward to tax day and I still have no response from them. I call them at 3:30 on tax day to see what is happening and the lady answers, giving me the same response as the other day. I explained to her again the same situation that they did not inform me I was missing a document, and she said she would notify me if they were going to file an extension. Still no phone call by 8pm that night and at this point I was furious and about to do my own taxes on turbo tax, however decided to call them back again. She answered rudely saying I called earlier and nothing has changed and that Tony was still working on them and was getting the people done who owed money the year prior. I explained to her that I owed money the year prior and if he is not going to do it tonight that I will do it myself, and she laughed at me and told me they will do it and will let me know. Well currently it is the next day and I still have not heard anything from this group. I also emailed them and still no response. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION and there is no way I will ever have them do my taxes ever again. JUST AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST."

"I used this tax firm last year and everything was fine taxes were done within 1-2 weeks. This year, it took 2 months and my taxes were still not completed. I also reached to him multiple times by email and phone about W4 information with no response, and inquiring when taxes would be completed- was always busy with other clients. Maybe he was overbooked this year, but no response is unacceptable. I finally called and said that 2 months is too long to wait on having taxes done and if he had not completed them, I would take my business somewhere else. He had not completed them and I could come get my forms. Only reason giving 2 stars vs 1 is last year 2019 things went well."
