"Everyone is helpful and friendly… even the pet owners in the waiting room. My 10 y.o dog has been going through a lot. She is flaky and smells horrible bc of her ear infection and skin condition- but the young man who weighed her, assisted with no complaints or faces - he held her tight and tried to keep her calm for the veterinarian to do the job. Can’t wait for her to feel better. Took 1 star off bc the wait is really long, even if you have an appointment"

"While this place has good customer service and capable workers, they overcharge you for services. They just charged me $125 for clip and cleaning my 9lb pups 1 paw. on top of the $65 for the visit. I could have done that at home in 3 minutes for free. Be careful here."
