"Woke up one day early July with pain in my upper back, neck and arm. After a month of trying to "fix" it myself, I went to the Dr. He prescribed PT. I'm not a fan of PT... I've had bad experiences and prefer to be given the exercises and stretches and do them on my own. I searched my insurance for the most convenient location and I picked Get Better Physical Therapy without doing any research because I wasn't expecting much. Today and for the last few weeks, I have been pain free! Don't go anywhere else if you need PT. The concern and care for you as an individual is beyond what I have experienced in the past."
