"This office also claimed to provide photo and video services. Milien was hired to have photo and video taken at a funeral. Total payment $895 was made. 2 months later no pictures, no video. I was told the service will be live on you tube. Milien was live for 30 minutes church time, the service was 3hours, 11 minutes cemetery time, mind you, out of that 11 minutes 6 minutes was showing the floor. When ask to provide video and photos Mr Milien claimed no one watches video anymore, and as far as the pictures this is a pandemic era, everyone was wearing mask so there is no good pic. Basically this is worst than scam or con artist. We could have ask any frind or family to go live for more than 30 minutes on you ube or facebook. I intended to fill a Civil Court complaint asking for my money back plus penalties if Mr Milien does not resolved this issue. Thank God I paid for a second profesional video which I know every single footage of and can't be used to dupe me into thinking that's his work. We gave Mr Milien time and opportunity to address the issue but we never heard from him. Like it is a done deal. People work for their money.!"
