"terrible service! terrible man! spoke rudely to me. I just brought 2 gold rings. at first he assured me that it was not gold, and that I was stupid. Then he said that he would give $ 80 for it. it's okay, I said no. and then he told me to take it, while with such a nasty face ... I will never come to this place again! people, don't go there! you can be just polite, but this guy is terribly rude !"

"By far the friendliest and most respectful pawn shop I've ever been in. I'm embarrassed to go in to pawn shops but this guy made me feel relaxed. They are always fair and eager to help. They have gone above and beyond to help before. The shop is filled with tons of good stuff as well. If you haven't yet I suggest stopping in next time you need something or need a pawn. Great customer service! A step above your average pawn shop. I have done business here and wouldn't go anywhere else again. When I have to I even head back from NJ just to work with them. They have also made me feel like a friend when I walk in and ask about my life and how I'm doing before anything business related. King Gold and Pawn definitely is the place to go.
