"Dr Moran is amazing and truly cares, Dr Eric however is another story. When my dog was very sick and ended up passing a few years ago, Dr Eric told us it was a holiday and his family day and take the dog to an emergency place. I understand holidays and family but they were our vet for 14 years and when we needed them most he couldn’t be bothered. Then they sent us a notice for my dogs annual exam, I called and they claimed they didn’t know he passed but they sent me a sympathy card when it happened. Not very professional or compassionate if you ask me."
