"In light of all that has transpired today with delivery of Christmas grave cover for both of my parents and the anxiety it caused, I believe the issue may be resolved. I have just spoken with the cemetery who indicates the original delivery that was already replaced with the wrong product has just arrived and it is wrong also! I'm giving a 5 rating not because of the quality of service but because I frankly feel bad for them."

"Too bad I couldn't rate them a zero. I ordered flowers for my stepfather's funeral and the delivery was an hour and a half late. The only reason the flowers got there when they did is because I called. They had no sorrow whatsoever for their actions. The lady on the phone told me there were deliveries going to birthday parties that were more important.... ?? Also ever since the purchase I've had people calling my phone every day trying to sell me funeral expense insurance policies. It's obvious this place is selling their customers names and phone number to third party companies I highly recommend not going through this flower company."
