"If I could give zero stars I would!!! Mike Soto and his wife are the most manipulative individuals with sick, selfish intentions. They are only interested in what they can make off you financially. Read the reviews! The only positive ones are friends and family, look at the names. Fair warning if you are having mental health issues that you need help with FIND SOMEONE ELSE. If you are a patient I would be very concerned because they share with everyday average individuals names and situations they are told in confidence during sessions. I smell hippa Violations!!!!"

"Please be wary of this firm, they WILL try and scam you. My copay continued to change after my first session, from $50 to $80 to $125. Everything about it is off. Go somewhere else. They claimed to have changed the pricing due to conferring with my insurance, however they had no records of ever getting a claim. So yeah, avoid them if you're able."

"I highly recommend this office. I went from having constant anxiety attacks on a daily basis, to hardly any ever. Seeing all these negative reviews is very disheartening. When an office no longer takes your insurance it is normally because the insurance company will not continue the contract.( just saying) I have payed out of pocket and used insurance. Bc my mental health was worth it and I owe a huge part of it to Mr. Soto."

"I shared a more detailed review on Yelp. My review is the only one other than the owner’s wife. You will notice a cast difference btw our reviews. A lot of reviews on here are the owners family. Look at the last name . Anyway, spent about a year forming a relationship with my therapist who left to get out with another therapist who was the antithesis of the former therapist. She was too high energy for my preference. They are down to 3 therapists and let us know 2 days before the new year that they no longer took my insurance. They did this to a lot of people. Michael Soto, do better ."

"Spent the past 9 months building a relationship with a counselor and it's all for nothing because with as little notice as possible they're no longer accepting my insurance and it will now be unaffordable to me. Of all the types of providers with whom you need to trust to help you, mental health is the most critical and complex. Apparently, their dedication to making more money is more important than helping people."
