"Arrogant and Unacceptable Service - Accountant from this firm was working on my tax return. Right from the beginning I was experiencing v arrogant behaviour by this gentleman. He was like do this and do that, too much of ordering to client. I should not have continued. I didn’t like the way he’s initiated his approach. However I continued to give him my tax return work. His overall work did not meet my expectations because I feel he did not do thorough job on my return. So I decided to not complete my tax filing with him but I should still pay him for his service since he worked on his part. He should get paid for what he deserved and his effort. He charged me 300$ for his service and I didn’t have any problem. I asked him to send me receipt so I can pay him but he said I should send him 300$ via zelle. I don’t know why he didn’t send me receipt. He is yet to give me receipt for 300$. As an accountant he must provide me full receipt of his service. I don’t want to trust an accountant who is hesitant to give receipt of his service."
