"I tried to ask the services provided and get the flowers for an event I'm hosting and the woman who answered the phone. Well I just have to say NASTY no etiquette what's so ever . And I ask my self who gives her business. I know that if she has a following they must like to be mistreated."

"Their behavior towards my sister and myself was incredibly disrespectful. The lady was absolutely inconsiderate. We were trying to ask questions and corsages and boutonnieres and they kept leaving their station to do other stuff. Mind you, my sister and I were the only ones here. We had a big order so I do not understand why they would treat us like this. This isn’t the first time they were rude. They need to change. The lady in the picture was decent but the lady that was in the back was rude."

"The old lady is crazy. I walked in the shop with my mom and within one second she kicked us out with so much anger in her tone and on her face. I don’t understand what her problem is. Never coming to this shop again. First and last time visiting the store. If you don’t want customers and treat customers with such attitude, don’t even have the store open. I’ve never had anyone treat me like that lady treated me that day. Still can’t believe how rude she was. Reply to the owner under this post. Yes, I am 100% sure I'm talking about the right store. I live just down the block. You guys have an elder lady working and I am referring to her."

"In my attempt to find a lei for my girlfriends graduation I called a few florist in the area to ask if they made leis. They all said no except Roosevelt Flower Shop. At first they asked me to come in for more questions about the length and type of flower. They were very nice and willing to work with me the day before my girlfriend’s graduation to help me create this lei. She was supper happy to receive such a beautiful gift. When I need to buy flowers again, I’ll be sure to go back to this flower shop."
