"Unreliable, late, disorganized, unprofessional, did not communicate and ruined my birthday. My mom ordered a flower delivery to arrive between 9AM-12PM in Brooklyn and I stayed home all morning to wait for them (although I didn’t know what the “delivery” would be). At 11:30AM she called to check on timing and was told they were running late and given a bunch of excuses, primarily that the driver made a mistake by going to Manhattan before Brooklyn and that there was traffic. No one took the initiative to call and let us know they were running late. Instead I wasted my whole birthday morning waiting for flowers that never arrived. This was of course supposed to be a surprise, but my mom ended up sharing the details with me (through tears) so that I didn’t continue waiting. She felt extremely guilty and disappointed that her birthday message never made it, and I am livid that her kind gesture was ruined by this incompetent company. It doesn’t matter how pretty the flowers are if they never get delivered, and it is absurd that they didn’t simply call to let us know of the delay. There are a million florists in the city, I suggest finding one who is reliable and won’t ruin your special occasion. Too risky, not worth it."
