"Horrible customer service. So disappointed in this company. Initial follow up was great and then as soon as I received a bill from FedEx to pay duties on a package that I was told I would not have to pay, no response from Viral or anyone. I have called over 50 times and left messages and emailed their support email with no response. I would not recommend that anyone purchase anything from them unless you want a headache and a bill. Already paid over 200 bucks and then stuck with a FedEx bill that looks like it will not be reimbursed. It's truly sad to see that customers hold no value for them once they get your money. Canadians beware before ordering. I would give it zero stars if I could."
