They assured us that the order will look like the picture in the website or at least similar. But what was received was the UGLIEST flower arrangement that I have seen. I understand that flowers can be seasonal and not all of them are available during winter but we would've appreciated if the colors matched at least!!! We also chose the medium size that claimed to be the picture but received small/xsmall arrangement. The order was completely different than what we wanted and payed for so will never order again from them"
