My husband went in yesterday to inform you of the thorn bush and you nonchalantly claimed that it just happened. A decent person would have apologized, grabbed clippers, and fixed it immediately. Again you are a florist. This should come natural to you. My husband told you that his wife and newborn had to take the carriage into the street to walk around your phone bush. It's been like this for over a week and it's clear that you just don't care. You are an absolute disgrace to this community."
