"The flowers are beautiful. I placed my order around 2:15pm on Oct 25 for delivery the next day on Oct 26. A very nice person made 2 attempts to contact me to follow-up on my online order. At first I ignored since I didn’t recognize the number, I am glad she called back. She offered to deliver the flowers the same day instead of waiting. I was sending flowers to work friend who was retiring. I am glad they were able to deliver the flowers that day because I later learned my friend was having a stressful day and the flowers helped to brighten her day!"

"I placed an order online all the way from Florida. My mother in law lives in the Bronx and it was her birthday and she loves flowers. I've never used Bellas Flower shop before. My mother in law received the flowers and she loved them. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I ordered the flowers at 9am and she didn't get them until almost 3pm. I've ordered from a flower shop off Jerome previously and when I order from them at 9am they deliver by noon. My husband had to call Bella's at 2pm to check on the flowers and see when they will be delivered. Other than that it was easy to place the order online from Florida. I left a tip for the delivery driver and there is a delivery fee. There was a coupon displayed at the top of the website but there was no where to apply it at check out so I wasn't able to get the 5.00's off coupon applied. The flowers were beautiful and my mother in law absolutely loved them. I think I will use Bella's flower shop again but possibly pay an extra fee to have the delivery expedited. If that's possible. Overall I would recommend this flower shop. The flowers were grade A. See pics attached. Thank you Bellas Flower shop I will be using your services again in the future."
