Edible Arrangements

"If I could give a half star l, I would. I Ordered chocolate covered strawberries for sale day delivery. Delivered the next day, late in the afternoon and on top of that DAMAGED. when I contacted the store I was given the run around because it had 3 different order numbers because one store canceled, another picked it up and a 3rd actually made the order. After that was sorted they then stated they wanted the damaged order back in order to get my refund… MINUS THE DELIVERY FEE. Do not shop at this store, or Midland Park as they basically stole $15 from me and required molded chocolate covered strawberries and broken cheesecake back to get my $70 refund."

"I will never order from this location again, they ruined the suprise by calling and saying they are from Edible arrangements. They didnt even deliver the item on time my wife had to stay after work to wait for the ruined suprise. When I called to question why thye called and why the order was not delivered during work the owner hung up on me. Very unhappy!!!!!"

"We received flowers from here as part of a package. The fruit was awesome but the flowers looked like they were dropped and or stepped on. All petals were bruised, done had holes, all of them were droopy. Especially giving them as a birthday gift. Didn’t leave a good impression Will be sticking to the fruit only. I can say the do fruit well."

"Arrangement was delivered and left on our front steps on Sunday 5/22 in 95 degree weather. Called and left message, never heard back from anyone regarding this. Pretty sure a company delivering fresh fruit and dipped fruit would have a protocol in place for extreme weather. White chocolate dripped everywhere, it was a mess. Not to mention the fruit was hot by the time we came home and the large arrangement had to be thrown away. Our family sent to us as a condolence for a death in the family and they should be credited back for that purchase."

"I ordered the red, white and blue donuts last Thursday. They were delivered on time. My issue is that the icing was applied very sloppy and there were no sprinkles... Which is what makes them look like a donut. I have ordered these before from my local store and was very happy. They did not look like the donuts on the website. I have called the store twice to talk to the manager... He was not in but I left a message explaining what transpired. I have not heard from him. I am very disappointed. I guess paying the extra charge for delivery gives the store the opportunity to deliver a sloppy product. Will never use this store again."
