"Have been a customer about 3 years. Had to send 2 separate flower arrangements to different locations for funerals last month. Beautiful arrangements and I am always pleased with their work and the customer service which is so lacking with some businesses today."

"I ordered a flower bouquet with very specific instructions not to include pink roses. I even called three times before delivery to confirm. Unfortunately, a bouquet of all pink roses was sent. When I called to ask why this bouquet was sent despite my proactive direction. The first response was there were a few pink roses added & it was a misunderstanding, in actuality a full pink bouquet was sent. I was told that the florist didn’t get the directions to not include pink roses and nothing could be done. Once the florist confirmed the note & direction of no pink flowers I had to ask if there was anything that could be done to remedy the situation several times. I was offered a possible discount for a future purchase as if I would spend money here again. All in all I wasted my time & money. I wouldn’t suggest for delivery orders."
