"Great service and great flowers! I was hesitant to contact them because the shop is located in East Harlem. I called them right before closing time and Jose was so very helpful. Given it was so close to closing, any other shop probably would have denied the request. But not them! They delivered beautiful roses in a vase that night!!! They made an elderly woman very very happy. We were delighted. Couldn't have been more pleased and would definitely order from them again! Thank you!"

"The young lady in the flower shop has a real bad attitude. I went there to place a big order for my daughters friends for prom and she very nasty and rude. When you are serving people in the community. She needs to be more friendly. Poor customer services. I would not recommend this shop at all."

The employees were patient and made a bow for the flowers. They were decently priced for Harlem I suppose *rolls eyes* however, I would patronage there again."
