"Not a great first experience. Was recommended to this place by a friend and placed an online order for overnight delivery to celebrate a special occasion. Delivery never came. Had to follow up with customer support to find out that it will not be delivered today but the following. So much for celebrating the special occasion. Gave 2 stars because the customer rep was nice and was able to refund the overnight delivery fee. But when you want to celebrate a special occasion, the overnight delivery fee is not really the priority here.. Update: downgraded to 1 star Customer service had told me the package will arrive yesterday, it still has not... Word of caution: do not order online if you expect the flowers to arrive on time!"
