"I ordered a high impact bouquet for my best friends birthday. The flowers that were delivered were not the flowers I ordered. The person I spoke with insisted I clicked "ok to substitute", I did not (I have a copy of the order). I will never order from this florist again, and I will make sure my friends in that area never do either."
"Initially I drove to the wrong direction -- their address was wrong so I called and he gave me the right address. I drove up, selected these purple flowers and he told me to wait. He added these other flowers for the same price as just the purple. He wrapped them up and sold them to me. "Wait" he said as I was walking out. "You'll need water for them to keep them healthy." He gave me a water bottle. I cried. All Memorial days are hard for me but this little act of kindness touched me so deeply."
