"Actually ridiculous - not only do they have a limited supply of flowers, but the people working there have no knowledge or expertise on the flowers they’re selling. A friend of mine went with me and we asked about flowers that were safe for cats. I understand not being able to speak English as I come from an immigrant family myself - but to proceed to pretend we’re not even there when you don’t understand what we are there for is extremely unprofessional. After repeatedly asking them hoping to get some sort of answer, the guy there shrugs and says “I don’t know“ while avoiding eye contact. I’m all for small businesses, but if that means you don’t attempt to learn basic communication in a language that’s prevalent in a neighborhood you’re doing business in, then how do you expect to know what your customers are looking for? Take your business elsewhere."

"Do not buy from this store. I ordered white roses from DoorDash, it not only came in as pink but also half dead/dry. Now all dried up after 4 days. The worse flower quality I have ever brought. Do not recommend"
"my husband used doordash to get flowers delivered to me from here. what i received was NOTHING close to what my husband ordered. i got 6 pink roses with a bunch of filler flowers (mums and daisies) for over $100...aboslutely do not recommend."
