"I had a bad experience with delivery. I tried to call and ask if it could be delivered earlier and they told me no, so I waited for the time they told me they would bring it “before 3.” For me, time is important because it was a gift for a friend at work, before she left. I called the store, and I spoke to a woman because it was 3:17 and they had not gone to drop off the flowers and she told me “17 minutes is nothing” that is not a response to a customer. I paid for the delivery, they were not punctual, it is not my problem (if there was traffic or something). This lady doesn't know how to treat customers."

"These are terrible florists. They ruined my daughter 18th birthday. I ordered flowers for 2pm. They never came. At 2:30 they said the flowers were being delivered. It is now 4pm. No flowers. I had  to cancel the order and run to somewhere else to get flowers. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!"

I must say they did delivered at the time i requested it to be delivered, what I ordered, the card I ordered more importantly the message on that card word for word from the site.
