"I ordered the Premium Halcyon Heart arrangement (~$75) as sympathy flowers for a friend. The website describes the arrangement as: "Lilies, roses, lisianthus, and more - all in shades of creamy white - are elegantly arranged in a large bubble bowl." My friend received a horrendously put together arrangement of a few lilies, roses, and tons of carnations! I was so disappointed that I called the florist to request a new arrangement be sent out. I explicitly asked that the arrangement look exactly like the photos and the description on the website. Unfortunately, the second bouquet wasn't any better and it definitely didn't look like the photos on the website. 1/26/2022 Update to the review above: I am updating my review after the business owner responded to my review above. I do not appreciate the business accusing me of lying or being dishonest. I am an attorney and will not accept slanderous comments made. The pictures speak for themselves. Why would the recipient "roughly unpack" the flowers? It barely arrived in any packaging. If there was nothing wrong with the flowers why did the business send replacement flowers (and they took the original bouquet back)? As I mentioned, the first bouquet was not as pictured and neither was the replacement delivery. However, the replacement delivery was much better than the original bouquet. It is completely inappropriate and unacceptable for you to falsely accuse your paying customers of being dishonest and lying. You need to take responsibility for the shoddy end-product and move on."

"My friend needed wedding flowers and I went with her to this place. Great vibe, great looking flowers and plants, great prices posted clearly by the plants, and nice staff. Even with crutches, the florist had great energy, knew what to ask to get the right bouquet for the bride, reminded her of other flowers for the groom and moms, and showed her the type of flowers she can choose and what the price points were. I could tell he loved his job. That's when I knew this was the place that could make my boring windowsills look great. Worked with him, told him I wanted a window full of succulents, and left it to him to pick the right ones and the right containers. I trusted enough to even pre-pay. And what I got back makes me smile every time I see em. Glad I went, and would recommend to anyone who needs a great, knowledgeable, creative florist."

"i ordered the standard cloud 9 (light blue) flowers for mother's day and they delivered me COMPLETELY DIFFERENT flowers/designs. i understand that it's a busy time of the year with the whole pandemic but i paid $80 for my gift (including $15 shipping out of zone area) and to see that my mom got the wrong flowers is a huge disappointment. i also specifically asked for contactless delivery in the instructions but they rang the doorbell, waiting for someone to get the door. i don't understand???? i'm sorry i never usually leave these kind of reviews but it honestly deserves one. please do your business CORRECTLY."
