"Pretty insane how inconsistent the deliveries are with this company. I scheduled a delivery and called mid-day on the scheduled delivery day to check to see since this has been a trend to just show up when they want. The representative told me they were in the next town over and to expect it soon. I wait around for another 4 hours and call back only for the representative to tell me that it’s being delivered later in the week, on a day that I never mentioned would be ok to deliver since nobody would be available to accept the delivery. I rescheduled it but who even knows. I will certainly be canceling after this last delivery and switching to a bigger company with more consistent routes/communication. the water itself is fine. Delivery drivers i must say are very kind people. always a great chat when they come. everything else is a disaster at this company."
