"Title: Extremely Disappointed - Avoid at All Costs I am absolutely appalled by the service I received from this business, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. The owner may put on a facade of friendliness, but when things go awry, he refuses to take responsibility or offer any compensation. My experience with this florist has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only were their prices exorbitant, but their lack of flexibility and understanding made a stressful situation even worse. We had ordered beautiful flowers for our event, only to find out that the church had specific guidelines for decoration - we had to use one of their approved decorators. We tried to find a middle ground, offering to still purchase the flowers and have the church's decorator arrange them. However, the owner was completely inflexible and downright rude, refusing our proposal. To make matters worse, he also refused to refund our $300 deposit. The lack of professionalism and understanding from this business has been extremely disheartening. Save yourself the headache and frustration - avoid this florist at all costs. There are countless other businesses that will provide you with not only beautiful flowers but also the respect and customer service that you deserve."
