"I had the worst experience with this store. For me they are thieves. My younger daughter and I decided to surprise my older daughter for her birthday by sending her flowers. She lives in Floram Park, NJ. This shop is in Orange County, NJ. We payed online and they took the money but I never received a confirmation email. My older daughter’s birthday passed and she didn’t receiving her flowers. I called the next day and the answer from the shop was that it’s too far from them and that’s why they didn’t delivered the flowers. I told them that it doesn’t say that on the website, but they insisted that it did. I asked them to give me the money back in that case. They said they will do it. A week after there was no refund so I called them again. The guy insures me that they did refund the money but he wasn’t able to give me a date when it happened. I called my credit card and they said he didn’t. It’s been now almost a month and there is no sign of a refund. They took my money for something they never provided. I am not sure who runs this business but it is disgraceful. If I could give 0 stars I would."

Marlo is the out of this world floral designer, using traditional and exotic flowers! There is no florist in this area that he can be compared. Marlo has been creating beautiful arrangements for me and mine for 25 years! I use Distinctive Designs for special occasions, for my nonprofit events, and even for funerals of loved ones. Yes, hands down the best!!! I received the rose and sunflowers today. The other arrangement is from one of my events! Excellent!"
