"Very quite park for walking , biking and getting some quality time with your family and yourself. There are plenty tables for picnic and I think you can do barbecue as well. I saw some people fishing so I am assuming you can go fishing here too. Not sure about the permit tho. Bathroom is well maintained and there is a playground for kids. We had so much fun being here and there is a connection trail to other parks too."
"This park has a looping road around pond in the middle which makes for a great place for people walking and bicycling of which there are many here. Upon itself has a walkway that goes out over the water about 25 feet which widens at the and to give fisherman their own spots to fish. There's also a white pipe that comes up on the deck to put your old fishing line and instead of throwing it in the garbage or leaving it on the ground. The pond also has a fountain in the middle which keeps the water circulating so that it doesn't become stagnant. Especially necessary with all the geese flying in and out of here. You can park in several spaces including one in the front and one close to the dock in the back. #park #geese #fishing"
"Such a beautiful place! Parking in the lots is free, but can be challenging on a weekend in the summer. Beautiful manicured lawns with a gorgeous lake. Lots of walking and biking paths and the good old ice cream truck is always there for kids and adults in the summer."
"A nice place to walk on the bike paths or around the duck pond itself! Nice little area that has a nice creek/river/waterfall that people fish in. Cozy and makes you feel close to nature. Quickly becoming one of my favorite places to go walking with the extended bike paths. If you'd like to see more of my pictures (Instagram): rahsphotos"
"Glen Rock duck pond is a great place to relax anytime. There is a walking path with benches around the pond and shaded areas with picnic tables nearby. There's a playground and tennis courts too. There is easy access to the Saddle River County Park bike path which leads to either the Dunkerhook park or the Ridgewood or Saddle Brook duck ponds depending which direction you walk. You can even extend the walk to Rochelle Park if you want a close to 6 mile walk one way."
