"Very friendly and nice staff. Cashier helped me pick out a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my partner. Thanks again!"
"They arranged a beautiful bouquet for me today! The customer service was excellent! I will definitely come back here. Thank you! ❤️"
"I received dozen & a half roses from Jaeger for Valentine’s Day. This was a replacement sent by 1800 flowers as my order from another florist started dropping the next day. What a difference! The first thing I noticed was that all the stems touched the bottom of the vase it arrived in. It has now been 4 days as this is what it looks like today. Thank you Jaeger florist for the beautiful truly long stemmed roses."
"Extremely Unprofessional. Message on the card attached to the rose's was incorrect. It should have read, " I'm trying to show you." Simple right? It read, " I'm trying to you." The Flowers were wilting and dying. They ruined what I hoped would be a sweet gesture. When I spoke with a manager and informed her of the condition of the flowers, her response was curt, saying, "we don't have bad flowers." After spending roughly around $75.00, I suggest prospective customers take their business elsewhere. I only wish I could post pictures!"
