"This place is a 10/10. I went here to buy bereavement flowers the staff was EXTREMELY kind, helpful patient and professional. I was really wowed by the service. I HIGHLY recommend this place for all your flower needs the bouquet was very Fresh and came out perfect. Also the ice cream shop next door has very delicious ice cream."

I could only place an order online, there was no order confirmation screen with the details, no emailed receipt, they shipped it to me rather than the recipient, the card did not include our names even though I listed it in the message box, they called me back but didn’t resolve. They were unresponsive and 2 days later I just decided to hand deliver myself. In the end a small peace Lilly cost me $112 and I had to deliver it myself - just awful."

"I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday who is a teacher on 1/13/22. On the website, it says flowers will be delivered to a school by 2pm. The delivery was supposed to be today 1/24/22 for her birthday, so I called at 2:30 asking where the delivery was. The clerk said that the driver could not deliver it today and they would be delivered tomorrow. I can’t believe they didn’t even have the courtesy to call to tell me that they wouldn’t be delivered as scheduled. Not only was this embarrassing that my wife did not receive my flowers on her birthday, but they had the audacity to expect me to pay the $103.40 for the flowers to be delivered the day after her birthday. Please look at the yelp reviews because this seems to happen often with deliveries."

"I called Maplewood Emporium to see if they could help me out. With only a two hour window, they delivered a beautiful arrangement at an excellent price. I understood that there would be substitutions and was very pleased with their choices. From placing the order to the delivery, it was a wonderful service."

"Oh how I love this establishment! They haven’t failed me ever since I’ve used their services. Multiple Times! Their arrangements are always wonderful and when I’ve had special instructions, they execute them perfectly. Their delivery is always on time and on point and the Mrs. is ALWAYS super pleased with their flowers. With all due respect I think sometimes a lot of folks only remember to post reviews when things don’t go well. For the most part, when things go smoothly we don’t remember to leave a good review. I’ve used this florist multiple times and it didn’t even occur to me to leave a review. But better late than never!! On my last order to this post, I called in to have them make some additions to my order and they were really nice on the phone and seemed happy to help. I highly recommend this flower shop for their outstanding service, beautiful arrangement, and overall high quality!!"
