"I just called to check in on a flower delivery order and someone rudely answered the phone and said "No we are not affiliated with 1-800 flowers and we never will be, we are a real flower shop". First of all welcome to the 21st century - everything is digital. E-commerce is everything. Online shopping = online flower orders. You would make a lot more money with your business if you were affiliated with them. If someone is ill or sick that lives near your flower shop, the only way we can send them flowers is that way. I was just calling to check in if the flowers I ordered for someone who is ill were coming from this flower shop nearby and that was the greatly rude answering response I got. After I said hello and was nice about it too, got that response and quick hang up. Not the best customer service, as someone who works in customer service. Hopefully they will change their tone for the next caller, or maybe decide to work with 1-800 flowers in 2024 and join digital. :)"
