"I received a Big box on V-Day. Which is exactly two months to the day. The flower’s started fading and the smell is nonexistent! I did everything like I was told for care. Keep from the sunlight, keep from the heat. I made sure to take extra care of my flowers. My husband said I’m obsessed with taking care of them. The amount of money spent was not a little bit. I called the store manager Chane and she tried her best to assist. She told me that quite a few people have complained about the color and I would have to call customer service. I did that and have yet to get a response from them after being assured someone would get back to me. I am very disappointed with this policy of no exchange or returns especially being it’s only been 60 days for a product that’s suppose to last up till a year. I told my Husband to never purchase from this company again or Garden State Plaza. Sad and disappointed!"

"Finally got my Venus Rose Box! It was about time thanks to my boyfriend. He definitely did his thing with choosing the color of the roses and the box. Also the smell is still very strong as if I just got them still. I got them in October. Love them!!"

"This is my first and last time purchasing from Venus Et Fleur. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them. My first order was wrong. I made this purchase online. The flower box was completely different than what I ordered. The roses were so dark..nearly dark brown. They looked, felt hard and dry. Like their old. No where near to the image online.They did not have that pleasent smell that's bragged about. I called Cust. Service, they apologized & said "this does not meet their quality standards"& sent a return label. I asked if  the color of the roses could be changed since they messed up my order. They said yes. So, I then got my replacement order after they received the returned item. Smh. The new roses don't smell at ALL, they are dry & brittle & dirty. Like their old also.The rose color stains your fingers & other surfaces. The box I ordered was the cream suede. It's lighter in person than shown online. However it's really nice. Just stains easily. Very disappointed in this purchase. $511 down the drain. I had been wanting these for the past two years and was really let down on my first purchase. The first two pic.s are from the first order. The last three pic.s are from the replacement order. Oh and my camera was being a little too nice with those last three pic.s. The roses are not that bright in person."
