"For Father’s Day my daughter sent me an edible arrangement. She sent chocolate covered fruit with balloons. It was supposed to be delivered by 1 pm and was not delivered until 4 pm, was left in the sun in the front of our house and was covered with ants by the time I saw it at my door, with no balloons. My daughter emailed and never heard a response to this day. Please have the decency to respond to your customers. She should also get a full refund. I held off writing this because I do not normally give such a bad review but felt this should not go unnoticed."

To say that I was pleased with the results each time is to say nothing!
