"Really wish i could 0 star this business. pictures produces online look amazing. i work down the block from here and really wanted to get my lady the HEART AND SOUL SET. i call several times throughout the week with no response it sends me to some guys personal voicemail. i try online ordering where it says orders for same day must be done before 12 PM. At around 1130, same day ordering service was cut off. Now I wait the next day to order and I see that there’s almost a 13% charge just to use your card and pay online. I called today to see if it’s possible to just place an order over the phone and then pay over the phone. Finally the phone gets picked up and I told him that I want the flowers to go to downtown Paterson. If you’re not familiar with the area downtown paterson is about 5 to 10 minutes away from the florist. It is not the best area and very city like so parking is hard he told me he does not want to send his drivers there. It is too difficult of a delivery. I said that’s fine. Is it possible to just pick up, he told me I should be looking at Rosas Florist in Paterson. anyway I told him I really like the heart shaped flowers. Guy says “NoNo No more we don’t have them just go buy from Rosas in Paterson. i asked if he was serious. He hung up. Never have I ever thought that I needed to beg for somebody to take my business. I really love my lady so I decided to walk up the street and try to place my order in person. Not to my surprise I walk in and the man completely disregarded my presence. Did not say hello. Did not welcome me at all. Just kept doing what he was doing and even walked to the back. after about two minutes, I told myself, my girlfriends gonna need some flowers from somewhere else. I do not recommend this place at all; not sure if the guys miserable or discriminative. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a very long time not even sure how it is they’re still in business. I wouldn’t buy a succulent for my dog to pee on from here."

"Wow, what a place they take good care of you and reasonable prices too. Needed grave covers made them, and they lasted a very long time. Better than what I had the Cemetery do, and the Cemetery told me that the dear eat the grave cover. Well, that hasn't happened in two years ever since I started going to Tiffany's Florist shop. Thank you Tiffany's for all you do."
