"Do NOT order from this so-called florist. I chose them due to maybe I could go and see what they had etc. I asked and was told The shop is not in Pomona anymore and didnt say where they are now. I understood it was mothers day weekend and explained it was a 95th birthday and the next day was Mothers Day. The gentleman said he couldnt guarantee on the birthday but definitely the next day, Mothers Day! I was at the home on the same day late in the day and NO FLOWERS! I called the nest morning and he insisted he delivered them during the time i happened to be there! I told him ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING WAS DELIVERED But would ask again.. That afternoon i heard from the receiving party that they had received Flowers! I believe he realized he had not that morning and delivered it with whatever he threw together a day late!! I pd a total of $60 including a "Mylar balloon" for $6. The worst arrangement Ive ever seen! I could have bought flowers at the food store for less than 1/2 the cost and to top it off, the balloon was a tiny balloon on a stick from the Dollar Store! A TOTAL RIP OFF! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!"

"Did a not live up to expectations of flower I ordered for Mother's Day . They didn't arrive until Monday scheduled delivery was on 5/6/2022 . At this point they were all wilted! Even though they claimed they would get a fresh arrangement out. When I spoke with them on Tuesday about arrangement delivered that flowers were wilted . He claimed they were fresh flowers. Which is was clear they were not! NO refund offered. Horrible Florist!!!!!!"

"About three months ago, I called Ivy Cart Florist to inquire about a particular bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday. Good reviews, Google Maps tells me. Seems like I can rely upon this business to come through. Unfortunately, the florist did not come through due to lack of communication, follow-up, and a desire to problem-solve. The result of this florist's negligence was that I had to scramble last-minute to obtain a sub-standard collection of flowers, an effort that could have been avoided if only Ivy Cart Florist achieved its reputation as printed here on Google Maps. The effort was pretty rote -- so the outcome seems even more disappointing. I called the florist (do not recall his name) on Thursday at noon. Stated I would like to purchase a $70 bouquet of roses and accoutrements by the following Monday. He responded, "I will see about getting it but no guarantees". OK, perfectly acceptable response. "When will you know when you will get it then?", I uttered back. "I will call you no later than Saturday". Saturday came and went. My wife's birthday was Monday. I broke away from work around 11 AM to follow up, hoping that his reputation per Google matched his efforts to excel. Nope. His response, "Yeah, they did not come in". Great. I had to contact three other florists at that point to solve the problem, settling for a ersatz bouquet from a nearby flower shop. You would expect a five-star florist to 1) focus on the customer's needs, 2) understand the customer's concerns, 3) stem off any potential problems that might thwart a sale of goods, and 4) help the customer if said vendor makes a mistake. Ivy Cart Florist did none of these albeit I had faith that they would. I can only rate this place with one star to warn others that the high Google Maps rating belies instability and unreliability in this business. Purchase flowers from Ivy Cart Florist at your own risk."
