"My son ordered flowers for me and they were delivered on Wednesday. Some were already broken and clearly old when I received them. I called immediately to complain and was told to "cut the tops off the delphiniums" that were broken!! They offered to replace the arrangement the day after. I agreed and the next day was given 2 delphinium and a couple of carnations. I expected a whole new arrangement not a few replacement ones. The liilies after only 2.5 days are dying as are the original small roses and delphinium. The flowers were crammed into a small vase and never looked good so I had to put them into my own vase to try to make them look better. Extremely disappointed and a complete waste of my sons money."
"I came to this shop looking for an office plant. The customer service here was exceptional! The kind gentleman who owns the shop with his wife took time to talk with me and helped me select my plant. He also gave me very detailed instructions on how to care for my new orchid, now named Olivia :), who has been blooming beautifully! A bonus from this visit: the wise gentleman gave romantic advice to my accompanying boyfriend! Lol. He told my boyfriend to give me a flower every 3 months :). It hasn't been 3 months yet since the visit, so we'll see if my boyfriend listens to the advice. If I remember, I'll update my review in February. Hehe :)."
