"My tax preparer Lynn at the rt 70 Cherry Hill NJ office was so rude to me for being questioned about her lack of response to my questions sent via online. She responded to what she wanted to. So when I went in to sign and pay. She was rude and stated she didn't receive my messages and when i showed her she stated " can we just move on" I'm like, no, you're providing me with a service and I'm paying, I wanted to come prepared rather unprepared. I will never use her again, which is sad because I have used her for many years. Truly a very unsatisfied customer with Lynn"
"Took a client in there last week I am a caregiver she needed her taxes done went here after 20 minutes she was done they tried to bill her 255 but the lady on the phone told us it was 220 they did fix it but the reason for the one star is they messed up on her taxes the place where we went said h & r block does this all the time I am glad I don't go here I file online which is way cheaper"
