"Received a valentine Arrangement from flowers by art design the flowers were OK it was a delivery from a father to a daughter from out of state the balloon read happy birthday the card read happy Valentine’s Day put in a call to the florist Instead of saying I’ll send you a balloon because you know he’s killing it on Valentine’s Day for about a $.75 balloon he kept arguing the fact that it was an online order and they made the mistake but he wrote out the card how’s about a little common sense or let’s make a call to see if it correct poor businessman would never ever do business with this company again rude arrogant and disrespectful for a $.75 balloon the problem would have been solved I wouldn’t give him a -1 rating just for the simple fact of poor customer service ."
