"If zero stars were possible, this is what these flowers deserve. The flowers were not prepared at all and many leaves were under water. See the photo. Just sticking flowers into a jar does not constitute an arrangement. The owner (perhaps manager) did offer to replace them, but what kind of birthday present is that? I would never use them or recommend them. A complete waste of money and a big disappointment."
