"I was very disappointed with the customer service experience I encountered today. I called the establishment on 9/15/23 at 11:15 AM with a few questions and was met with rudeness and unprofessional behavior. In the middle of my inquiries, a lady at the front desk abruptly hung up on me. Surprised by this, I immediately called back, hoping it was a misunderstanding. To my dismay, someone picked up the phone but disconnected the call once again. This happened not just once, but 3 times in a row. While I understand that customer service can be challenging at times, patience and courtesy should be a priority. Many staff members excel in answering questions and providing assistance with a smile, but it only takes a few incidents like this to tarnish the overall reputation of an establishment. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback to the management. Proper training and discipline are needed to ensure consistent and respectful customer service."
"Have not been to my favorite dance studio in years due to COVID restrictions. Attempted to go today for the Sat 3pm class. Sign at the front door says mask optional. Middle of the class teacher said all need to have a mask. When I went to get my refund Front desk person said COVID updates are on line. Clicked on the page- page was not found. Some people refuse to be a muzzled sheep."
"Such a gem. To think that in the middle of such a big and expensive city theres a dance studio that teaches at affordable prices. Their motto is anybody can dance ajd its largely true considering how accessible they make dance. The instructor I got is wonderful and the reception staff is super helpful. If you have any interest in taking classe sor even starting brand new, this is the place."
