"STAY AWAY!!!! I booked a class through class pass. No answer at the door /bell /knocking. Further no answer via phone. So like I drive 30 mins there and paid parking for someone to not have the decency to talk to me!!!! Also it’s in a HOUSE ppl leave upstairs. "I love this fitness studio. Carmen is a great instructor. She’s patient and always switches up the choreo for each class so you feel always challenged. Pole fitness may prove to be a little bit tough in the beginning, but with practice it becomes addicting and a fun workout that works on upper body strength, core and legs. I’ve been attending most classes and I’ve shed some pounds and look more fit. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be fit while having fun at the same time."

"Found this studio and it is a gem! I was looking for a sexy lap dance class (nothing with a pole) and this did not disappoint! We had such a great time! Our instructor was funny, insightful and really allowed us to get comfortable in our own skin without pressure. Oh and her playlist was BOMB!!"
