"First time I went I was informed at the counter that my appointment had been moved because the doctor took a vacation. I made a new appointment and the doctor was very nice but no one ever got in touch with me after my ultrasound that I was sent for to go over it with me. When it was time for my follow up ultrasound no one ever got in touch with me or sent a reminder. I called the office a few times and got no answer so I finally left a message explaining that it was time for my ultrasound and I needed a script but no one ever got back to me. Needless to say I found someone else."

"Horrible experience as a new patient and definitely a last all in one day! Tried to keep me there long without telling me doctor was running late or even given the option to reschedule….I can’t wait almost 2 hours for a general check up! Let alone…so insensitive to patients with children in the waiting room! Special needs at that! Avoid this office…."

"Dr.Bonefield keeps canceling my appts. This time he canceled while I’m 4 days away from my due date. Even the staff thinks they will be out of jobs soon. He’s nice, but he doesn’t care at all. I’m a first time mom and I’m scared. Smh"

"I'm a brand new patient who got called back for further testing. The appointment has been rescheduled for a 3rd time by the office. Now I'm stuck worrying and waiting for another 3 1/2 weeks. Not impressed nor happy. Very bad first experience."
