"This is place is very unprofessional .the sectory act like they are doc and real noisy asking .patience what the reason you have to get appt in 2 days .that none of there business if a doc say make a apt 2 day later that what they have to do .this place the secretary gave her a week later saying you might be seen .not knowing it very serious. A patience shouldn't have to explain nothing to a receptionist. And if you don't tell the receptionist she very rude and doesn't wont to help ...very unprofessional...I don't think the doc are aware of there staff .the doc are great the staff is going to run this office to the ground .but I'm going g to pray for everyone in there to grow up and be professional. I hope the doc realize what going on in his family"

"Office was closed for an entire week and they didn't let any patients know. sent me an annual reminder card in March even through I couldn't schedule until June. Called in June and they told me the only day I was actually qualified for was the last day so really I should have been sent a card to schedule in July for August. Tried to contact them for over 7 days and when I finally went to them because the pharmacy couldn't refill without approval, they told me to call on Monday (I went there on Thursday) and then that I would have to wait 72 hours from Monday to be able to pick up my prescription. and on top of it all they cancel your appointments when employees are sick, tell you THEY will CALL you to reschedule then never call."

"Worst experience I had so far. I'm 17 weeks pregnant and found out when I was 3. I saw Dr Russo when I was about 4/5 weeks. He sent me out for an ultrasound and I got my due date and got to see my baby. I came back for a follow up and he told me my due date and told me to come back in a month. I come back after a month and his office said that I never established pregnancy !! That it was never listed that I was pregnant. And that I have to wait another month before I can even see him again. I'm so upset and over it. I fell recently and they won't even give me my follow up to make sure my baby's okay. Def looking into a new doctor."

"When I first walked in I was greeted by the young receptionist. I was a new patient and scheduled at 5pm on a Thursday, which was confirmed on Monday. I gave her the packet I was told to fill out before I got there. I didn't have my insurance information so the older lady said my husband could fax it or I could just give her the ID number. My husband made several attempts and it would not go through. Some time passed and I over heard a lady talking to the young receptionist behind the window. She was very rude and was saying things like "it's not your fault, tell her to leave." "It's not my problem or yours" About 15 more minutes passed by and the receptionist called me up saying I needed to reschedule. I asked her why and her first excuse was because of my ID card. I told her I had the number and she said I couldn't use that because they had to take a copy of the front and the back and send it to the insurance company, after she looked over to the rude women she was talking to earlier. Even though i was told earlier by a different women that she could look me up by the ID number since i didnt have the actual card. She then advised me I was scheduled at 4:30 and that I was 15 minutes late. I took out the card that I was given of what time I had to be there and what Dr I was seeing. She couldn't explain and said that Donna scheduled the appointment at 4:30. If it was scheduled at that time, why did I get a confirmation for 5 on Monday? There was a lady that came in 15-20 minutes after me, apparently late for her appointment. And I know that because the young receptionist told the other receptionist/nurse to answer the phone because she was running late and was about 5 minutes away. When the patient got there, the young receptionist whispered to her to try to make it on time next time. I was lied to because the staff didn't feel like doing their job. Whoever was working in the back was rude and inconsiderate. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone and will tell anyone that goes here to stop."
