"I was going here for my prenatal care and chose to see Dr. Karen Krieg. My first appointment was when I was about 12 weeks. I met the doctor that day and I did like her. She was informative, kind, caring and seemed like she really enjoys and takes her job serious. At the time I was happy with my decision to go to this office. As time goes on and my pregnancy furthers I started to realize this office wasn’t a good choice for me. Every time I had my monthly appointment since my first one it seems there has been a problem. From having to be rescheduled 2 times last minute to see a different provider because Dr. Krieg was out of the office, to one of the receptionist up front telling me I had to schedule with different providers because I can’t always see the doctor I chose, to coming in to one of my regular appointments and no one telling me I would be doing the 1 hour glucose test that day and that I should have fasted and that resulting in my failing the one hour and having to go back to do the 3 hour test. Every time I called with any concerns I was brushed off by one of the girls who answered the phone and simply told to go to the ER if I felt anything was wrong. I am now almost 26 weeks pregnant and only met the doctor that was supposed to be delivering my baby one time. Finally when one of the receptionist called me last minute and once again told me that Dr.Krieg would not be in the office again on the day of my upcoming appointment I explained that this keeps happening and I’m not comfortable that I’m going into my third trimester and only met the doctor delivering my baby one time. She brushed off what I said and just simply said she can either reschedule me with someone else unless I would like to go a different route (meaning find another doctor). So now I’m pushing 30 weeks pregnant and just had to transfer to another doctor which definitely was not in my plans. Though I only met her once, I do believe Dr. Krieg probably is a good doctor from the impression I got when I did meet her. But I feel for whatever reason that she seems to be “out of the office” frequently is rough on expectant mothers because they are stuck always seeing a different provider and unable to form a relationship and get comfortable with the doctor they chose to deliver their baby. Also I feel the front desk staff need to understand they are working in a obgyn office and prenatal care is a very serious thing considering all the complications a women can go through during pregnancy and they need to take patients a little more serious instead of brushing them off and making them feel like they are just a number and if they wanna go to another doctor they can just go."

"Nicole Ward and her staff are excellent! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I was seen immediately, and my exam was very thorough! Nicole Ward went over all of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was recommended to see Dr Sabrina Thomas for some pain I had been experiencing for a while. Compete waste of my time. I was late because I had the buildings mixed up, my fault, but I also had not slept for over 24 hours at this point. She introduced herself, I told her the things I had been experiencing, and then she did her exam. For one, not once did she ask me to do anything, she told me. Not a single please or thank you. Treated me like a number and then left me with more questions than answers. I tried to tell her my primary sent me to her FOR these questions and she didn't listen. She didn't tell me what she was gonna do for the exam and just pushed on a sensitive spot without warning which caused extreme pain, and then she asked me about my birth control, pretty much told me the instructions I was given for it was incorrect and then sounded like a broken record telling me to see my primary. Absolutely refused to give me any straight answers when she's supposed to be the specialist. Completely rude, no manners, and a complete waste of my time. The staff was very kind and was way more helpful to me than this "doctor" was. I would not recommended anyone seeing Dr. Thomas, especially if you're late for any reason. Completely disrespectful."
