"Terrible, I filed my taxes almost two months ago, they said my W-2 was wrong, I send them an email numerous times that I found the right one. Today a escalations specialist asked me who didn’t take my W-2, and what would I like Jackson Hewitt to do. Obviously to file my taxes, after waiting two months. I will take my taxes elsewhere."
"I have been getting my taxes done my JH for 7 years I’m Georgia , never ever had a problem ! I moved to jersey and tried this location this year . I was lied to and told fees where included in my refund amount but the fees where not included and I got nothing back! If they would have told me upfront I would of just files myself for free and saved 600$! They are either dishonest liars or they can’t count and I will never be going there again !"
"Gave me polite service and even a discount when I asked about the high charges of the tax preparation, but we got denied for the Christmas loan of $500, got an email for pre approval on $1,000, and once we finished filing with our W2's we received another email denying is for any type of loan all together. Customer service was nice but the actual business end as far as the outcome was disappointing all the way around. We only use Jackson Hewitt for the early refund advance and to het denied is horrible, when we could have went and had our taxes done cheaper without a loan. After being a customer for over 10 years I'm highly dissatisfied with the outcome this year and highly dissatisfied with the outcome the past 3 years as well, so I highly doubt that I will be using Jackson Hewitt ever again and I highly doubt I will recommend Jackson Hewitt too anyone from here on out.
