H&R Block

"I dropped off my taxes and Katherine did them and I'm not happy with the experience. She took two months to complete them. Emailed me once over a month ago and never called to follow up since I never recieved an email. I didn't know she'd email me I figured someone would have called me. She should have called me to follow up to her email. When I called to follow up she resent me the email with questions. I answered the questions and emailed her back again no follow up email or phone call so I called again to follow up. She asked me the same questions I already answered and that's what was holding up the process. If she had called me to follow up the original email maybe I wouldn't have waited two months for the taxes to be done. Then I payed when I picked up my taxes the girl at the front desk didn't know why my family and I were all charged different amounts she just explained all she does is take the money. I wish someone was there to explain what the price was based off of."

"Worst experience going to a tax advisor. I’ve done my own taxes for years with no problem and for the first time I decided to go in and it was a waste of time. Sharon Kathcart had no intentions of actually helping me with my taxes, just wanted to get me in and out. Every question I asked was followed by smart remarks and a demeaning manner. She couldn’t even get my name right after telling her more than 5 times what it was and she even responded it back to me when I got there just to only say it wrong the rest of the time I was there. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or if it had something to do with me being the only Hispanic person there but she had little to no respect toward me and acted as if I wasn’t worth the time when it’s literally their job to help us out with these concerns. Terrible customer service and terrible experience of going in and doing my taxes for the first time."
